Plan your group journey

  1. 01

    Build the guest arrival list

Group guests by flight and hotel, with a headcount and luggage details for each pickup.

  2. 02

    Separate airport and event journeys

Include ceremony and reception addresses, required arrival times and the return plan.

  3. 03

    Agree the itinerary

Review the quote with your main contact. Vehicle assignments, access arrangements and each journey need confirmation.

Start with guests, not a wedding bus

A destination wedding often brings guests from several cities on different dates. Create a simple arrival list with flight number, date, number of guests and full resort name. Keep guests who land together in the same pickup group; do not combine unrelated arrivals solely because everyone is attending the same wedding.

Choose one contact who can check changes with the couple or wedding planner. For each pickup, note who will be reachable and whether the guests need the same hotel entrance. A transport quote can then be based on actual journeys, rather than a wedding headcount that does not explain when people are traveling.

Airport transfers and celebration-day transport are separate

Arriving at PUJ and traveling from a resort to a ceremony are different services. Send the exact ceremony and reception addresses, the time guests need to arrive, and whether the return is one departure or several waves. Resort names alone are not enough when the ceremony takes place at another venue.

Ask your venue or planner about entrance instructions and any access requirements. Include those details in the request; do not assume a vehicle can wait at the venue throughout the celebration. Event-day movements, waiting and extra stops require an itinerary-specific quote and confirmation, not the standard airport fare.

Keep the passenger list and special luggage together

The existing group categories cover 7–10, 11–16 and 17–25 passengers. For more than 25, request a plan with multiple vehicles subject to confirmation. Vehicle names in the catalog are references, not a promise that a particular model will be assigned to your wedding.

Guests may bring garment bags, gifts, strollers or other bulky items in addition to suitcases. Tell us about those items before the category is agreed. Mention any mobility or seating needs for review without assuming equipment or child seats are guaranteed. Passenger count alone does not confirm the luggage arrangement.

Include departures before the wedding week begins

Return flights rarely follow the same schedule as arrivals. List each departure date, flight, hotel and passenger count separately. If guests change resorts after the wedding, treat that hotel-to-hotel journey as another leg and ask for its price rather than applying an airport-zone fare to it.

Use the group airport hub for verified PUJ fare references and the vehicle guides for category information. Send the full wedding itinerary through the existing contact page or WhatsApp for a quote. An inquiry is not a paid reservation or a confirmed vehicle assignment; confirm the final arrangements before guests travel.

Group transport questions

Does an airport transfer include the ceremony shuttle?

No. Airport arrivals, venue transfers, waiting and return journeys are separate itinerary items. Request a quote for the wedding movements you actually need.

What should the wedding planner send?

Flight groups, passenger and luggage counts, hotels, ceremony and reception addresses, required arrival times and the return schedule. Add venue access instructions where relevant.

Can all wedding guests use one vehicle?

That depends on how many travel together and their luggage. The current categories go up to 25 passengers; larger groups require a custom quote and multiple vehicles subject to confirmation.
