Count the whole family, not just the adults
A multigenerational holiday can include grandparents, young children and relatives arriving from different cities. Include every traveler in the passenger count. Record who arrives on each flight and which hotel they are using, especially when relatives have booked similarly named resorts in the same area.
List checked suitcases, cabin bags and strollers separately. Add mobility equipment or unusually bulky items to the request. A passenger category does not automatically confirm room for all luggage; ask for the proposed arrangement before relying on traveling in one vehicle.
Choose the category before assuming everyone fits
For parties above six travelers, the current group bands are 7–10, 11–16 and 17–25. The largest fare band contains separate 17–20 and 21–25 vehicle categories. Use the Hiace, Sprinter and Coaster guides to compare options, but treat model names and photographs as references rather than guaranteed assignments.
More than 25 family members requires a custom quote with multiple vehicles subject to confirmation. If the proposal splits the party, explain which adults should travel with which children and who is the contact in each vehicle. Avoid assuming one larger bus or an unlimited luggage allowance.
Review child seating and mobility needs in advance
Tell the team the children's ages and any seating requirements when requesting transport. Ask what can be provided and obtain confirmation; child seats, boosters and specific equipment are not guaranteed by this page. Do not leave those needs until the airport pickup.
For grandparents or relatives with mobility needs, describe the assistance or equipment involved without sending unnecessary medical details. Ask whether the proposed vehicle arrangement suits the request. Do not assume wheelchair accessibility, lifting assistance or particular boarding features merely because a larger vehicle is used.
Make arrival and departure easy to follow
Choose a family contact who will travel with the group and follow the meeting-point instructions supplied for the booking. If relatives arrive on different flights, ask for a plan for each party instead of keeping children or older travelers waiting for an unspecified period. Confirm the full hotel name and entrance before arrival.
For the return, list the departure flight and date for each family party. A normal round trip is the sum of the two one-way fares, not an automatic family discount. Hotel changes, extra stops and journeys outside the airport route need a separate quote. The group hub contains the verified airport reference table; the existing contact page can handle the family itinerary inquiry.
Group transport questions
Should children be included in the passenger count?
Yes. Include every traveler and describe children's seating needs, ages and luggage when requesting the arrangement.
Are child seats or accessible vehicles guaranteed?
No. Request the equipment or assistance needed and obtain confirmation before travel. Neither vehicle capacity nor a quote inquiry guarantees those items.
Is a family round trip automatically discounted?
No. A normal round trip is the sum of its two one-way fares. The reference price is per vehicle, not multiplied by the passenger count.
