One group does not always mean one pickup
Seven friends on the same flight and twenty colleagues arriving throughout the day need different transport plans. Start with the number of people who will actually leave Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ) together. Add the hotel name and the luggage carried by that arrival group; those details are more useful than choosing a model from a photograph.
Private group transfers are for your party, rather than a shared shuttle sold by the seat. If travelers arrive on different flights, send a separate line for each flight and destination. Count checked suitcases and cabin bags separately. Mention strollers, golf bags, mobility equipment or other bulky items when asking for your quote. Do not assume every seat can be occupied while carrying unlimited luggage. PUJ routes and the scope of an airport fare
The reference table below covers a one-way private airport journey between PUJ and the stated destination zone: Bávaro, Cap Cana, Uvero Alto, Bayahibe or Santo Domingo. Confirm the exact hotel so the correct zone can be used. A journey from Santo Domingo city to PUJ is not the same route as an arrival at Santo Domingo airport (SDQ).
Prices are in USD per vehicle per way, not per passenger. A normal return is the sum of the two one-way journeys, with no automatic discount. Separate flights, extra stops, hotel changes or event-day transportation are not a package included in the airport reference fare; share the itinerary for a specific quote.
Groups larger than 25 passengers
More than 25 passengers requires a custom quote. The proposed plan may involve multiple vehicles, subject to confirmation. Do not book a 25-passenger category and assume that additional people or bags can be added to the same vehicle. Send the total headcount and the number traveling together on each leg.
For a wedding, delegate guest arrivals and event movements to one contact. For a business trip, separate arrival waves from the meeting schedule. What if the group arrives on different flights?
Send a passenger count, flight number and destination for each arrival. Ask for a pickup plan and quote rather than assuming all flights form a single airport transfer.
