1. Service Description

Next Ride Punta Cana provides private airport transfers, excursions, and tours in the Dominican Republic. All services are pre-booked and confirmed before delivery. We do not operate on-demand taxi services.

Services include meet-and-greet at Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ), private vehicle transport, and guided excursions to local attractions.

2. Booking & Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only after:

  • You provide accurate flight details, passenger count, and destination.
  • We send you a written confirmation via WhatsApp or email.
  • A deposit or full payment is received (where applicable).

Prices are quoted in USD and are valid for the date and itinerary specified. Changes to pickup time, destination, or passenger count may affect pricing.

3. Customer Responsibility

By booking with Next Ride, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete flight information (airline, flight number, arrival time).
  • Keep your phone on and reachable via WhatsApp or SMS on the day of service.
  • Be available at the agreed pickup location at the scheduled time.
  • Notify us immediately of any changes to your travel plans.
  • Ensure the number of passengers and luggage matches your booking. Additional passengers or luggage may require a vehicle upgrade and extra charges.

4. Airport Pickup Procedure

Upon arrival at Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ):

  • Your driver will monitor your flight and be ready when you land.
  • After clearing customs and baggage claim, look for your driver holding a sign with your name or "Next Ride."
  • If you cannot locate your driver, call or WhatsApp us immediately at +1 (849) 449-5599.
  • Our driver will wait up to 75 minutes after your flight lands at no extra charge.

5. Waiting Time & No-Shows

Airport arrivals: complimentary waiting time of 75 minutes after flight landing.

Hotel pickups: complimentary waiting time of 15 minutes after the scheduled pickup time.

A no-show is defined as failure to meet the driver within the waiting window without prior notice, or providing incorrect contact details that prevent us from reaching you. No-shows are charged in full and are not eligible for refund.

6. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled service receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service are non-refundable.

7. Right to Refuse Service

Next Ride reserves the right to refuse or terminate service if:

  • The passenger is unreachable after multiple contact attempts (phone, WhatsApp, SMS).
  • The passenger provides fraudulent or misleading booking information.
  • The passenger exhibits behavior that threatens the safety of the driver or vehicle.
  • The number of passengers or luggage exceeds vehicle capacity and no upgrade is arranged.

In such cases, the booking is treated as a no-show and no refund is issued.

8. Communication Consent

By providing your phone number and booking with us, you consent to receive communications related to your service via WhatsApp and SMS. This includes booking confirmations, driver details, pickup reminders, and post-service follow-ups.

We do not send unsolicited marketing messages. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time by replying STOP or contacting us directly.

9. Liability

Next Ride operates as a transportation and tour intermediary. While we take every precaution to ensure safety and punctuality, we are not liable for:

  • Flight delays, cancellations, or missed connections caused by airlines.
  • Loss or damage to personal belongings left in vehicles.
  • Delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or force majeure events.
  • Injuries sustained during excursions operated by third-party providers (each operator carries its own insurance).

Our maximum liability for any booking is limited to the amount paid for that specific service.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. Any dispute arising from your use of our services shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through direct communication with our customer service team.

If an amicable resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Punta Cana, La Altagracia Province, Dominican Republic.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with the updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
