Royalton has three properties in the Bávaro area: Royalton Bávaro, Royalton Punta Cana and Royalton Splash. All sit within 25-30 minutes of PUJ on the new highway.

Our private transfer is flat-rate per vehicle, so a family of 4 with luggage pays the same as a solo traveler — way cheaper than per-person shuttles.

Royalton tiene tres propiedades en la zona Bávaro: Royalton Bávaro Resort & Spa (familiar con waterpark), Royalton Punta Cana (más boutique) y Royalton Splash (todo familias con parque acuático grande). Las tres comparten acceso desde la carretera principal y están a 25-30 minutos del aeropuerto PUJ.

Reservar el transfer privado significa tarifa plana por vehículo (no por persona), maletero amplio para equipaje familiar y entrega directa en el lobby del Royalton específico. Si viajas con coches de bebé o tablas de surf, indícalo al reservar y enviamos el vehículo adecuado.

Diamond Club, swim-out and family logistics at Royalton Bávaro

Royalton Bávaro is family-first with a large waterpark and swim-out suites. Diamond Club guests can request a private lobby entrance — our drivers know the Diamond Club arrival door so you skip the main check-in line if your booking includes that tier.

Royalton Splash (next door) and Royalton Punta Cana (10 km away) are sometimes confused at booking. Always check your voucher for the exact property name — we ask for it explicitly during transfer confirmation and resolve it via WhatsApp before pickup if it is ambiguous.

Macao excursions, Coco Bongo and round-trip from Royalton

Royalton Bávaro is ~20 minutes from Macao Beach and the Coco Bongo entertainment district. Night transfers (round-trip with driver waiting) are flat $60 SUV / $90 van and run until 4 AM. Our drivers stay on-site during the show with the air conditioning on and bottled water available.

For the return ride to PUJ we recommend lobby pickup 3 hours before international flights. We monitor the flight status in real time and adjust if there is a delay — there is no rebooking fee.

Where to meet your driver at PUJ — pickup and meeting details

After landing at Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ) you walk through Immigration, collect your luggage and hand in your e-Ticket QR at Customs. Exit through the sliding glass doors and turn right into the covered meet-and-greet area — that's where your Next Ride chauffeur is waiting, holding a printed sign with your name.

Drivers wear a Next Ride uniform and carry a Ministry of Tourism (MITUR) ID. The vehicle is already positioned at the closest authorized curb, A/C running, bottled water on board. From wheels-down to leaving for your hotel is typically 25-45 minutes — Immigration is the longest step, the meet & greet itself adds almost no extra time.
